Quality Control : Omni laboratories is divided in two parts (I) Application and (ii) Material testing.

The Application lab is well equipped with application end machineries like Automatic Muller, Red Devil Shaker, Baby kneader, Twin Roll Mill. Plastic Moulding Machines, Sand Mill and Ball Mill. All the individual batches are tested on this machine by making paint, ink, plastic, Water based emulsions , dry distemper paint, rubber sheets and plastic chips. they are compared to the standard by using computerized Macbeth Eye machine.

Material testing lab is well equipped to test pH, conductivity, moisture %, Particle size, dirt/grot and check all the putity of hte raw material and finished products.
